William E. “Bill” Graffius
As a member of St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Harrisburg, PA, Bill has been a four time elected member of the Vestry and served two terms as Senior Warden for the prior Dean “Mac” McDowell. Bill is the Transitional Ministry Officer for the Diocese, serves as a member of the Congregational Deployment Team as well as Congregational Development. Bill is a retired Hospital Director with extensive experience in policy development, organizational management, and business development. Bill is a Professor at a local college where he teaches in the healthcare management curriculum. He holds a BS degree from Penn State University in Healthcare Management, and MPA from Shippensburg University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Bill lives in Harrisburg, Pa. with his wife Ruth.
